Sky Sports reported on Tuesday that former West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic would be interested in talking to Celtic about the manager’s job should they decide not to keep Neil Lennon on, and Bhoys fans would seemingly be happy with the appointment.
The Croatian has been out of work since he was sacked by Saudi Arabia outfit Al-Ittihad in February, having only won three of his 15 matches in charge.
Before that he enjoyed a largely successful spell with the Irons, although the wheels began to fall off in his final few months in charge before he was dismissed and replaced by David Moyes towards the end of 2017.
It remains to be seen whether the Glasgow giants’ hierarchy look to keep Lennon on or not, as even though he steered the club to the title following Brendan Rodgers’ exit in February, the 2-0 defeat against a Rangers outfit getting better and better on Sunday was less than impressive.

Celtic supporters have been having their say on the 50-year-old via social media, and while one described him as a “100% better option than Neil Lennon”, another said they “would be very happy with Bilic”.
