da winzada777: Rangers’ new era under the reign of Steven Gerrard has begun with the Gers picking up five points from their opening four fixtures of the 2018/19 Scottish Premier League season. Whilst Rangers are just four points behind rivals Celtic and seven points adrift of league leaders Hearts, their back line is conceding over a goal a game on average, and could do with some readjustments.
What’s the story?
da cassino online: According to Mirror Football, former Stoke City captain Robert Huth could join Championship side Aston Villa.
The 34-year-old centre back, who has been a free agent since his release from Leicester City at the end of last season, has made over 400 first team appearances at club level throughout his 17-year career, as well as representing the German national team on 19 occasions.

Huth has spent the vast majority of his career playing in the Premier League for the likes of Chelsea, Stoke City and Leicester City, but did experience one season of Championship football whilst on the books at Middlesbrough.
With the knowledge and experience that many would struggle to match, Rangers should make a move for the free agent in the coming days to secure the heart of their defence.
Would he be a good signing for Rangers?
Despite the influx of new arrivals at Ibrox throughout the summer, Gerrard’s side have struggled defensively from the outset of the 2018/19 campaign.
The Gers bought in the likes of Jon Flanagan and Gareth McAuley to help bolster their back line, but have still conceded five goals in their opening four league matches and are in desperate need of a reshape at the back.
Huth, who won the Premier League with Leicester City in 2016, failed to make an appearance for the Foxes last season following a number of foot and ankle injuries.
Despite his lack of game time, the German certainly still has the capability to play at a high level. Tall, dominant and commanding are all characteristics that the Rangers defence seem to be lacking so far this season but Huth could provide.
So, Rangers fans, would you take Huth on a free transfer? Let us know!
